Actually, a sequel like this was needed for the Marvel universe. I like the old Captain America more, he seemed more likeable. How many movies did he play as Captain America since 2011? Maybe he got tired or he made his own decision to withdraw and return to the time when the events never started. You never know, you might see him for a moment and he comes back. Anyway, when it comes to the movie, I can't say it's perfect, but the Marvel universe needed to progress in some way and I think Captain America made a very good start after Thanos. The acting is very good. There's no need to discuss the effects anyway. The script is good. It doesn't get boring while watching it, but it's not such a perfect movie. I don't know how they progress, but the universe is very wide and a new hero constantly emerges. For example, the previous series. I'm thinking of watching this movie again on the computer.
